What we do

  • Book your bank transactions in your own package
  • Find the receipts and invoices that go with them, and ask you for what is missing
  • Send reminders when you forget
  • Close the month and check the VAT totals
  • Prepare your quarterly VAT return (Professional and Complete)
  • A year-end file for your accountant (Complete)

We don't do payroll, annual accounts or tax advice. That stays with your accountant. If you don't have one, we're happy to recommend one.

How it works

  1. Sign up

    You fill in your details, pay the first month with iDEAL and give us access to your bookkeeping package. If you have a KvK number, we fill in the rest for you.

  2. Forward your receipts

    You get your own address for invoices, for example [email protected]. Send your receipts there or add them in the portal.

  3. Every month

    We book what comes in. If a receipt is missing, you get a link. After a week we send a reminder, and one more after two weeks. When everything adds up, your bookkeeper closes the month.

We use software that matches bank transactions to receipts and suggests a booking. For new clients we check every booking. Once we know a supplier, the software books it and we check samples. Every booking shows which receipt belongs to it, so your accountant can follow it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to switch to a different bookkeeping package?
No. We work in yours. Your accountant keeps the same access and nothing needs to move.
What if you book something wrong?
Let us know and we'll correct it in your package. Your accountant can also tell us directly.
Can my accountant see what you did?
Yes. Every booking is in your own package, with the receipt attached and a short note.
Where is my data kept?
Our database and your documents are stored in Amsterdam. The text on your receipts is read by software in the EU. For suggestions on matching and booking we use Claude, made by Anthropic in the United States. Claude gets the text of the receipt and the bank transaction for this, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Your data is not used to train AI, not by us and not by Anthropic. The details are in our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. You can cancel any month. An email before the next month starts is enough. Your books are already in your own package, so nothing needs to move.
What if I have more transactions than my plan includes?
Then you move to a bigger plan. You can do that any month. If you have more than 1,200, email us.
Who is my bookkeeper and how do I reach them?
You can see who does your books above. On every plan a bookkeeper checks your month. Professional and Complete also give you a dedicated contact person. You can ask questions by email or through the contact form.
I get paid through Stripe, Mollie or PayPal. Does that work?
Yes, we connect those too. We split every payout into the sales and the fees.
