Even if you haven’t booked anything for months or a whole year. We book the backlog in your own package, oldest month first, and then close every month as we do for every client.

What it costs
There is no separate rate: you simply back-pay the months we catch up, at your plan’s monthly price. As if you had been a client back then.
Four months behind on Essential means 4 × €49 excl. VAT for catching up. After that your plan just carries on.
So you know the cost up front: the number of months times your monthly price. See the prices for which plan fits.
How it works
- You sign up and connect your package, like every client.
- We fetch the bank transactions for the months you are behind on. If they aren’t in your package, you upload the bank statements in your portal.
- For every transaction we look for the receipt or invoice. Whatever we can’t find shows up in your portal, and you add it there.
- We book the oldest month first and close each month once it adds up.
- Once the backlog is cleared, we carry on with the normal monthly close.
What we don’t do
Fines from the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), objections and the annual accounts stay with your accountant. If you don’t have one, we’re happy to recommend one.

Per administration per month, excl. VAT. You keep paying for your accounting package yourself, as you do now.
