For accountants
You do the annual accounts, the tax returns and the advice. We book your clients’ bank transactions every month in their own package and close the month. You invite your clients yourself and see where each one stands.
How it works
- You sign up your firm with its KvK number.
- We check your sign-up. After that you can invite clients.
- For each client you fill in the details, choose the plan and choose who pays: you or the client.
- Your client gets an email, accepts the terms and lets you see the state of their books.
- Your client connects their package, or you do it if you already have access to their Twinfield, Exact Online or other package.
- From then on we book every month and you see where each client stands.
Who pays
You choose per client.
- The client pays. Your client starts their own subscription when signing up, like any client.
- You pay. You store your payment details once. Every client you pay for counts from the month they finish signing up. You get one invoice a month for all of them.
The prices are the ones on prices: €49, €129 or €289 per administration per month, excl. VAT. Cancel monthly.
What you see
For each client you see how far sign-up has got, up to when the months are closed, how many bank transactions are still open, what is waiting on your client and when the next VAT return is due. You see the bookings themselves in your client’s package, if you have access to it.
Your client can withdraw your access themselves.
What stays with you
We don’t do annual accounts, income or corporate tax returns, payroll or advice. For those your client stays with you. See month-end close for what we check every month.
With colleagues
You can invite colleagues from your firm. They see the same clients and can invite clients too.

- A client with several administrations connects them when signing up or later. Each administration counts in the subscription.
